AYA ROBOTICS and its affiliates are committed to operate facilities safely and responsibly, continuously improving programs to promote safety and minimize employee and contractor injuries and illnesses.

AYA ROBOTICS pursues this goal of injury and illness prevention through a robust implementation of a world-class safety and health programs. These programs are designed to ensure that all of our associated facilities have a strong safety culture and clear procedures, underpinned by active, engaged participation by employees and contractors.

As noted above, all AYA ROBOTICS-affiliated GROUP are certified to Responsible Care, which covers health and safety in addition to environment and security. In Saudi Arabia, all AYA ROBOTICS-affiliates & manufacturing sites are OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 45001:2018 certified. Furthermore, AYA ROBOTICS’s SHEMs include all key aspects of safety including process safety, industrial hygiene, management of change, transportation safety, and safe work practices.

The AYA ROBOTICS Life Saving Rules (LSR) program complements our belief that EHSS is a core value. The goal of these LSR’s is to highlight the hazardous elements of our operations and reinforce the procedures that require absolute focus to avoid serious incident or injury. The LSR program emphasizes the standards and expectations for all employees and contractors working at AYA ROBOTICS facilities.

SHEM Policy

It is the policy of AYA ROBOTICS to provide services related to “General Contracting (Civil & Electro Mechanical), Operation and Maintenance (Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Electrical and Water Sector) and Supply Activity in Field of Coating and Painting, API 653 Robotic Inspection and Sludge Removal Robotic Tank Paint Removal, Robotic Coating for Above Storage Tanks”. AYA ROBOTICS is committed to comply with the requirement of the customers and to continually improve the effectiveness of the OHS Management System. It must be clearly understood that this OHS Policy, OHS Manual and associated Procedures and systems are mandatory on all staff.

Undertaking our activities goes along with high responsibility, competency and professionalism, so in order to realize our commitment and maintain our leadership position in this business we’ve established a structure that includes all the organization’s activities and describes the processes including the aspects of Occupational Health & Safety.

Our policy is established on the following items:
  • Continually improving the effectiveness of our adopted Occupational Health & Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 45001:2018.
  • Review our objectives and achievements periodically for continual performance improvement of processes.
  • Periodically review our OHS Policy to maintain relevance with International Standards and ensure that this OHS Policy is communicated to all concerned Departments and understood by everyone within the Organization.
  • We operate our workplaces to comply with Occupational Health & Safety applicable local and global regulations, and with the policies of our group using best practice as a guideline.
  • We’ll maintain the best possible Health & Safety performance, and in order to achieve this Standard, we prevent occupational injuries and illnesses.
  • We’ll establish, implement and maintain a framework to measure our OHS objectives and targets and to ensure the continual improvement of our OHS program and Documented Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
  • We’ll review our policy periodically to ensure its adequacy and suitability and we’ll communicate this policy to all employees and interested parties.
  • We expect in return that every employee performs his tasks in a safe and responsible manner and the organization will do its utmost best to provide the necessary means for protection. Employees, stake holders, neighbors and those who work with us are encouraged to participate and discuss concerns in a transparent way and to take part in the continuous improvement programs through the available communication methods.
